UPDATE!
COVID19
Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus orders may take longer than normal to process and ship. If your order takes more than 3 weeks to ship you will be refunded 100% of your shipping cost. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed.
MarotaTee Designs is not responsible for shipping delays. Once a tracking number has been provided you may contact the carrier for any shipping issues.
RETURN POLICY
All of our items are CUSTOM. No refunds or exchanges on custom items. ALL SALES FINAL.
Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, please email us at info@marotateedesigns.com
We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.
If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us within 3 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint, or credit. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.
Returns for exchanges for misprinted, materially flawed, or defective must be made within 3 days of receipt of purchase.
All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping on orders over $250. Free Shipping offer applies to ground shipping only. All orders are shipped as received, normally within 3-5 business days of receipt of a paid order(s). In the event an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will inform you via email so you can cancel or change your order if needed.
